To keep my practice focused on client care without any limitations, i do not accept insurance. However, keep in mind I offer a sliding scale.

Many of my clients come to therapy after years of putting everyone else's needs before their own. Together, we work on understanding the patterns that keep them stuck, building healthier boundaries, letting go of guilt, and reconnecting with themselves. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative, and I believe therapy should help you better understand yourself—not just manage symptoms.

In our work together, you can begin to feel more grounded and in control of your emotions, understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck, set boundaries without guilt, process emotions you’ve been holding in, reduce anxiety and overthinking, and feel more confident and connected to yourself!

I provide online therapy across Tennessee for adults navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, and more. I offer individual counseling focused on processing life experiences, managing stress and anxiety, learning new coping skills, and building confidence during seasons of change. Sessions are conducted securely online. I do not offer child, couples, or family counseling at this time.

Your first online therapy session is a space to begin sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, and discuss what you’re hoping to work toward. The goal is not to “solve everything” in one session, but to start building a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship while estalishing some goals.

I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show or late-cancellation within the 24 hour window, you will be charged $50. This policy exists so that we can mutually respect one another’s time.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation call to prospective clients: this call is to ensure that we are a good fit. This is an opportunity for you to interview me- share some of your current challenges, what brings you to therapy, and how you’re hoping therapy can help. At the end of our call, if we feel we are a good match for each other, we will book an intake session and I will send you a link to my practice policies and consent forms.

This is dependent on each clients needs! I recommend starting with once a week. Once we further build our relationship and I learn more about your needs, we can decrease sessions to every other week or stay the same. We will talk about scheduling during our consultation, and there is always room to adjust things.
